A Plan, a System, Not Just Promises.

Finding new customers should not be left to chance. Here is exactly how we research, call, qualify and book meetings, and how each one makes the next better.

The Six Steps of M.O.R.D.O.X.

Each letter is a step of our system: Mine the opportunities, Organise the research, Refine the message, Deliver qualified meetings, Optimise through feedback, and multiply (X) what works.

  1. 01 · Mine

    Find the Opportunities

We research your market and build a list of the businesses and decision-makers most likely to need what you sell, rather than buying a generic database.

  2. 02 · Organise

    Organise the Research

Accounts are segmented by industry, size and likely need, so every call starts with context and the right person is reached first.

  3. 03 · Refine

    Refine the Message

We shape the talk track, the qualification questions and the objection handling around your offer, and keep refining them as calls teach us more.

  4. 04 · Deliver

    Deliver Qualified Meetings

Our team calls, qualifies genuine interest against the criteria you set, and books the meeting into your calendar with a written brief.

  5. 05 · Optimise

    Optimise Through Feedback

After every meeting we ask what happened, even when it went nowhere, and use it to improve who we call, what we ask and what we book next.

  6. 06 · X

    Multiply What Works

Once a segment, message or offer is proven, we scale it deliberately, so growth comes from evidence rather than more noise.

Qualification Standards.

Before the campaign starts we agree with you what a qualified meeting means. Our callers only book meetings that meet it. As a minimum:

  • You reach the decision-maker or a genuine influencer, not a gatekeeper
  • There is a real, relevant need you can solve
  • Timing and context are confirmed on the call
  • The prospect agreed to the meeting knowing what it is about
  • You receive a written brief before the meeting starts

Quality and Reporting.

Call reviews

Calls are reviewed for tone, accuracy and qualification, and coaching follows what the reviews find.

Meeting briefs

Each meeting arrives with who, why and what was discussed, checked before it is sent.

Clear reporting

Calls, conversations, meetings, show rates and outcomes, with the changes we are making.

After the Meeting, We Ask What Happened.

Even when a meeting goes nowhere, the reason is valuable. Your feedback tells us whether to adjust the list, the message or the questions we ask.

And if a prospect misses a meeting, our scheduling team arranges another time.
